Kuding cha is an extremely bitter tea. It clears Wind Heat, Heat, and Phlegm-Damp. Limit use in cases of deficiency, particularly Blood or Yin deficiency (can cause minor headache). It is used in the Chinese tradition for general detox and excess conditions such as excess weight, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Drink with meals.*
